If you do not find the code or the code does not work, try to use Sylvania brand STB code instead. Who knew? Apparently when I bought the boxes there were INSTRUCTIONS that came with it. After searching through the internet for programing codes to program a universal remote I finally found the instructions to program a remote. I have not been able to watch tv for 2 months.
